Russian bloggers and designers have a higher hurdle than most in coming to TXP. Consider how different the Russian language is to English and European languages, and that the Russian alphabet is Cyrillic.
Still, since Denny Bogomolov released his Textpattern driven site minimal.ru some others have followed.
One is Euheny Bondarovich (aka Riff) CEO of Minsk - based design company altevision.com. Euheny did an excellent job! The colour scheme is powerful yet unobtrusive. The liquid layout flows gracefully over the screen.
Originally a one-man company, altevision now has five employees.
They also run the designforum.ru.
I asked Euheny which other Russian design companies he recommends. He said: The big companies like astronim.com and so on are well known but I give preference to free designers with their interesting and individual works.
We hope more of the highly talented russian designers turn to TXP and discover it´s many advantages.
Further information on TXP in Russian can be received from textpattern.ru/forum.
