Nathan Smith from godbit.com did capture a video tutorial on creating an animation with Fireworks. The screencast was taken with the free video capturing tool Wink. Unfortunately it does not contain any audio. Nevertheless everybody who knows Fireworks a bit will be able to easily follow the steps. Additionally Nathan did write a step-by-step guide along with the video.
